I've loved Sonny's since I was a kid. This is my first time reviewing due to a discovery today. I asked if their burgers could be customized, they affirmed this was possible. How about onion straws and bacon? Close, how about onion straws and home made bacon bits.. I said sold. After the first bite, I thought immediately everyone should know about this hack! Give it a try and like my review if you agree! It was so good, and they didn't even charge extra for the toppings. I love Sonny's!
Order went smoothly. The food was okay. Didn’t like the French fries too much. It doesn’t look much appealing. The steak burger was cooked as ordered. The brisket sandwich needed more flavor. This was our first time so I didn’t know the sauce and other condiments were not already made to order. It could be better with flavor and presentation.
Always great service, I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’m especially glad Sonny’s brought back the Bowls, if you haven’t had one yet? It’s a must!!
I never get a drink from Sonny's. I normally get a sweet tea while I wait for my to go order. I must say the bartender served up a real nice Caribbean/Bahama punch. My food orders are always good and the staff at Sonny's is great.
The service was great, food was good but, I was very irritated by the Restrooms. They were so tight you could barely maneuver in them. The Restrooms definitely need to be expanded and updated.
I really didn't want to leave a review like this... I had pre ordered online a feast for 4, with four meats w/ Mac n cheese a side of extra ribs and fries. For $85 There was TONS of food a GOOD VALUE. I ordered it For curbside pickup. My in-laws were coming for dinner and my stove had just broken. So ordering ahead and online seemed perfect, except all my food was ice cold, when I got home and I had no way to warm it up. I only live 3-4 Miles away Have you ever had to eat cold fries and cold Mac n cheese? The meat was slightly warm to the touch and still edible and it tasted good, but this was not the dinner I had planned. Suggestion: Maybe Sonny's should think about a way to keep the food warm if it is for curbside pickup. We will think twice about getting curbside again.
Go here if you want to die . This is my third time here and young Hispanic girl at window always messes up the order. Last time I was here I experienced bad food poisoning, I will definitely not be coming back . I been sick for days now and I feel like the picture at the bottom. Please be safe .
Good food. Meat is awesome. Beans are not the greatest. Tasted like they came from a can and the consistency was soupy. DO NOT get the corn, had a relative hospitalized in September last year from eating here. Be careful. Other than that, tasty foodFood: 4/5
If you ever want take out be prepared to go inside and get your order. Which it's not a problem but don't have me tell you I'm here in a spot and not come out. Not the first time to happen either but will be my last. The pulled pork was so tough in-between 2 pieces of garlic concrete. If you like your meat tough and your slaw frozen this is the place for you.
The food can be a bit inconsistent as far as speed and quality. However if you go on non peak hours the food is usually fresh and good quality. The waitress was very slow and took forever to come back to the table.
