Worst experience! Food was cold, they forgot to put cheese on 2 out of 3 burgers! Pulled pork came in clumps had to "pull" it myself. Sent back cold fries they threw back in the fryer and brought back greasy and brown. Waitress was nowhere to be found. Messed up the bill twice. Check was over $200 and no clean up, refills, or noticing we left half our food uneaten. Hour to get the food and the place had only 3 tables full. I'd put a zero if I could.

Staff is always friendly and the food is good. I'm a particular fan of the salad bar...you get soup and garlic bread with it too! Potato soup is the best but it's random on when they have it!

Improvement needed. After being seated waited almost 20 minutes to receive drinks. Appatizer came out about 5 minutes before food. Had to waive down server for drink refills. I ordered pulled pork got brisket instead. I ordered Mac n cheese got fries instead. Fries were lukewarm... The sandwich was good nothing special. Service is beyond slow. Server was friendly, just not in any kind of rush. Total experience took about 1:25 minutes for lunch...

Food not how we ordered and terrible service.  I remember now,  why it's been about 9 years since I ate here last.
