REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!They gave us boxed chairs which we had to put thogeter .One of the chairs was missing the front legs and feet rest. After calling them they said they had to order the legs.we bought them on sunday they said the legs would be there on saturday.on saturday they said they didnt have them yet not until tuesday .on tuesday we went and they gave us the legs but they didnt match the chair.so they said on friday they would give a a whole new chair.on friday they DIDNT HAVE THE CHAIR.so we ended up returning the whole dining set .and now we have to wait 4 days or so for a refund!.!DONT BUY THERE TRUST ME !

Provided friendly and great customer service they gave me an awesome deal!!! A lot cheaper than anywhere else, and they provided great customer service :) I am a loyal customer to them now.

We ordered a table on Feb.13. The table was supposed to be delivered the following Saturday. We recieved our table on March 10th! almost a month later. What makes this experience even worse is they gave us the wrong table!!! they wont even admit its the wrong table.
We order a table from the Coaster Co. brand the table they delivered to us from the Pondex Co. brand. We ordered a table that is counter height and this table is higher than pub height!
lastly, my boyfriend and i could not decide whether we wanted a round table or a square table so we ordered an OVAL table the table they brought us is SQUARE!
we told the guy who was delivering it that its the wrong tbale and all he said was "No No No this is the table"
I didnt feel like arguing with them because we had already been arguing about how long it took them. So they left and we looked at the table we tryed th get used to it but no its not what we ordered we dont want it! so we calle dthem we told them they were wrong and the lady on the phone said "ok let me talk to the manager and i will call you back" this was a little before 6pm. We should have known she wasnt going to call us back and She didnt. 
The did give us an awesome deal on the table we thought we were ordering but i would rather go somewhere else and pay a little more to receive what i want! DONT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!
