Sony is crap. I own a PS3 and can not log into my PSN account, I tried to call sony and ask for directions because I did not feel like waiting a week for them to reply to my email. When I called them up, they had a robot answer the phone. After I was done with the robot, it directed me to another phone number who answered me with a robot, which that robot directed me to another robot that told me to go to your website and send an email... I was extremely disappointed with Sony when that happened and hung up immediately to call Microsoft (xbox), sony's competitors, and within 7 seconds of calling, I was put on the phone with a real person... Sony, you need to get your crap together, cuz so far as I see it, I might be switching to Microsoft because they obviously care more about the customer than to have 3 robots tell me you don't have time to talk to me...
