They are liars, they take your money,  make promises and never deliver. I've been waiting since Aug 2016 for my roof to be replaced.

Same thing here. Accept down payment and disappear. Hide behind a lie that he is backlogged with projects.  How? When you have not completed any jobs you accepted money for. Do not do business with this company!!!!!!!!
