Our driver does not take the letters from our mailbox. Our mailbox is located across the street on a main route. We got a new mailbox and tried again because there's a very obvious spot for the outgoing mail that you cannot miss (like in the past if the flag was up and mail was INSIDE the box they'd just open it and throw new mail on top without regard). This time all the thank you cards that my young daughter worked really hard on got soaked in last night's rain and ruined.  Today I called to ask about the procedure and get the message to my driver to please take the letters when marked and it was typical government employee interaction - 1st person says to talk to Adam but Adams not here, call back in 20 minutes. Next guy, Bob, tries to screen Adams call so it sounds like he's lying when he tells me that Adam isn't here, well was just here but now he'll be right back. Then a while later Adam answers when I try again and tells me I have to call in the morning and talk to Joe! Insanity!
