I f  i could give less than one star I would. I received a bound valuation report that was 22 pages long and essentially without content. There were 2 pages with exhibits that showed numbers. The valuation cited 8 exhibits with exhibits 3-8 not available in the valuation. I assume this may be where the missing content (itemization and derivation of the numbers that were in exhibits 1 and 2) might be located...but can't say. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
