Owner and manager Adam Morrow is an advocate for his clients, offering full service real estate brokerage in addition to his legal expertise as a real estate attorney. He has successfully represented buyers and sellers in virtually every type of residential real estate transaction, including traditional buyer/seller transactions, short sales, foreclosures, and bankruptcy court sales.

As a skilled negotiator, a meticulous researcher, and a creative strategist, Adam has made it possible for his clients to purchase homes and land at significantly reduced prices, while also helping sellers meet their goals and expectations in the sale of their property.

Adam's partner, real estate agent Hilary Kelly, has a proven track record of excellence. Her outgoing and enthusiastic personality is an asset which contributes to Hilary's high level of success. Hilary retains a very loyal following because she is willing to go the extra mile for every client.

In addition to real estate, Hilary has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience in a diverse number of fields. Hilary has represented companies like Qwest, Nordstrom, and Barrier Motors. While employed by Nordstrom, she earned the All Star award for excellence in customer service on an annual basis and also earned the Pacesetter award for top sales. Hilary graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Advertising and Public Relations.
