I opened my account on the 10th of April. It's now April 29th and I still have not received my cards. When I called the puyallup location today and spoke with Michelle I was informed my cards were ordered on the 20th. This was after I had already been told on a previous call that they forgot to order my cards and weren't aware until the did an audit. When speaking with Michelle I explained I can't use the account with a card. She said I could come in to make a deposit to which I applied that wouldn't make much sense without a card to use the money and she very rudely said that's not what I said and told me she has no way to tell me when my card will come. I explained if I didn't get a card soon I would just opened an account somewhere else. She made zero apologies for their horrible service and tipped it off with a very rude attitude.

Drive thru takes way too long. They ask very intrusive questions on large deposits even if checks are from certified banks. They must have some gnomes that physically move your money from savings to checkings hence the fee and not to mention it took FIVE DAYS to hear back about an approval on a car loan that was 60% loan to value with decent credit. In that case I was the one having to contact them, I was never once called to let me know that I was approved. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK.

Just used shared credit union branching,  they saved me an extra stop and a bit of a drive out of my way to deposit my paycheck.  I use Tapco CU and both participate in shared credit union network.
