Been working with the good folks of sound of Tri-State since 1995.  The ideal place to go if you want a total system solution..  these folks truly understand the meaning of good sound and planning so you're not wasting money buying things that you're going to need to replace down the road.  Highly recommended.

I've had a ton of work done at Sound of Tri-State, and each experience yields the same results, clean and professionally installed product.  From my double-din Pioneer with custom hidden AV & iPhone wires, to my 4 channel with amazing sounding Hertz speakers, down to my 15" Rockford with custom box. They even matted the car out so no one outside can BEGIN to imagine the power inside. Everyday, on my commute, I love it! If I could do anything else to my car, I would... until next car, THANKS SOT-S!   ;D

Very knowledgeable, friendly & helpful staff!! I had missed an apt for them to install autostart in my new Jeep, I went in to apologize the next day & reschedule. Instead they were able to fit me in that day! They have GREAT sales on everything but as far as autostart goes....They aren't only the best prices but they really know what they are doing! It's nice to be able to trust a place! Would highly recommend then to anyone!!

Very Satisfied and Very Pleased.... They fixed my starting issues with a remote starter. Upgraded my Stereo System And Speakers....

I bought my from amazon via tristate .I had issue with original as soon I had installed call immediately and they said they would send replacement came in but wire harness did not work from the original called again sent me the right wire harness.
Basically online customer  service is awesome they will do what they need to do to get it right
