Claimed to be a "24-hour" service but was unable to turn off our residential building fire alarm until someone woke up and made it to the office, and then called someone else to send a third person to our building. Unable to return into our building for hours in the early morning. Nonsensical service.

Get ready for a company that doesn't respond during an actual emergency. We had an actual false alarm for hours in the middle of the night. We tried to call this firm, but they just had an uninformed call service center on duty. Once an actual employee was reached, they refused to give us the code to turn off the alarm and had us wait for hours while someone arrived to work and then drove to our location. Unbelievably bad service for when it really matters.
