This place was empty and in disrepair for years.  I was shocked that the stores could stay open.

Since target has moved in the spot has gotten much better.  I like the design of the buildings, reminds me of New England.  Parking could be better, I wish a coffee shop or breakfast place would open here.

Slowly improving over time. Target's arrival led to parking lot improvements which is great!

After falling into bankruptcy and disrepair, this strip mall is undergoing a renaissance, with repaving of the parking lot, new lighting, a movie multiplex renovated several years ago, and a Target opening in October.
