This was the first time that I ordered from this company and I was very impressed.  The product is excellent quality for a great price.  The product was delivered on schedule.  My sales consultant Chief Wan was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.  I would definitely order from this company again.

We have been purchasing office furniture from this company for a couple years.  Their service and product is great.  Chief, our sales consultant, is always helpful.  His service (including after sales services) is always superb and efficient.  This is one of the major reasons that we are happy returning customer.

Hi, I am very happy with my new office chair.  I was in the store in February and having a bit of trouble getting useful information out of one salesman and was considering leaving but, then Chief Wan came over and answered all my questions.  I was very impressed by his professionalism and service.  
The chair took longer than the estimated time to make (I special ordered fabric color) so, when it was taking much longer than the original estimate, I called Chief Wan and he apologized profusely and gave me free delivery for my trouble.  So, now I have my chair with the beautiful colored seat and a big smile on my face.  
If you go to the store, ask for Chief Wan!  :)

This is my 2nd experience with the Source and I must say, both have been great. I was helped by Chief both times. The first time, 4 years ago. It was easy to remember the Source and Chief as the experience was so painless when I was furnishing my business and now my home-based business.
