I cannot disclose as yet the details as to my particular situation,  as I am not finished with this dealership nor the  unethical to put in the least of terms conducted by this dealership. In the meantime, anyone looking for a pre owned vehicle, stay FAR away from this dealership at all costs. I love my

I had a great experience with South Bay Pre-Owned. They were all very friendly and good at customer service and bought my car for a good price quickly and efficiently. I recommend them

If they had a zero star they would get it!!
Horrible place to have your car on consignment!! My car was only posted on one websites, and no picture! When one of the workers dropped me off at home I went back over two hours later to get paperwork my car had not got back yet, put about 25 miles on it when I only live about 4 miles away! On top of that 3 weeks later and I had only got 1 call back asking me to drop the price $3,000 and they were EXTREMELY RUDE about it, hanging up the phone after I disagreed with it. Picked up my car because I had sold by myself online because obviously they weren't doing their job and the car had almost 100 miles more then when I dropped it off blaming inspection work when they apparently had a mechanic on site! Worst place ever!!
