Totally amazing place. Super high quality chocolates and confectionaries to please anybody's palate. Absolutely loved it there.

Absolutely TERRIBLE location. They close down any chance of getting food as early as 45 minutes prior to their closing time. There was one worker cleaning and the rest were standing in a group and talking and I couldn't get food. I've given them several chances now and none of the workers seem to know what they are doing at all. I've had to tell them how to make a drink multiple times and they STILL didn't get it right. The portion sizes are tiny compared to the premium you pay for the food. I shouldn't have to spend more than $8 on a meal that won't keep me full for longer than a couple hours. There only seems to be one person working here who knows what they are doing and they look extremely stressed out. I wouldn't be surprised if they quit in the next few days or weeks because they have to pick up the slack of their co-workers. All of this at a location that is in a hospital where people are already dealing with the stress of a sick family member. Avoid this place at all costs. Go to the internal cafeteria, which isn't great but will be better than this location, or drive the short distance to another option (Eddy Street Commons, Downtown South Bend, or Roseland all have better options).

This has a awesome atmosphere!! It also has a great variety of coffee and of course CHOCOLATE!!!

There is a lack of professionalism with the new group of employees. Grill is always shut down before close... Wait times are always long even when fully staffed. What happened to all the good staff?!
