James and Mark are THE best, bar none. They know their products inside and out. They are honest and when I have a problem with anything from paint to porcelain I can trust in their expertise to help me get the result I'm looking for. They are very competitive when you're working with a budget, but I would use them regardless of whether they're the lowest price, because I know if there is ever a problem, they don't leave you hanging. They solve whatever issue may arise. I will keep going to them over and over again because their customer service is, quite literally, the best. I've never been so thrilled with the quality of service; and the friendly and relaxing demeanor of these guys makes me look forward to seeing them again for my next project. James and Mark, you guys are one of a kind. It's a pleasure to have found a store where the owners are so accessable and personable. Thank you for your time and expertise. I look forward to our next project!

Both James and Mark at South Broad Paint Center made our kitchen and bathroom remodel feel like fun projects rather than an extremely stressful period of time. Their constant communication, check-ins and personalized attention made the difficult process easy. I can have a tough time with big decisions, but James and Mark showed me nothing but patience, as we reviewed the countless options they had available for us. They were extremely professional, got the job done in a timely manner, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. We will be sending all of our friends and family their way, and recommend South Broad Paint Center for anyone looking to make timeless updates to their house, with top-notch guidance and care.

Highly recommended! I went in there with an issue I was having with a certain paint that I had used in my bathroom. With out even seeing what was happening and just hearing the issue they were able to figure out what it was and helped me find the right product to fix it! James and Mark are great!

We recently renovated our house and were so pleased to work with James and Mark from South Broad Paint Center. They helped us with the kitchen cabinets, bathroom tiles and paint selection. We found them to be extremely patient, knowledgeable and detail oriented despite our indecisiveness. We were also pleased with their competitive prices and efficiency (Mark provided us with numerous paint and tile samples and delivered them to our house on several occasions, and James was always available, provided 3-D renderings and responded quickly to our questions while also ensuring that the kitchen installation was going smoothly). We would strongly recommend South Broad Paint Center to anyone and look forward to working with them in the future. Jasmina and Matt, Hamden
