These classes are very motivating. The workouts are never exactly the same and I feel like my whole body has been getting stronger. There's a variety of body weight/HIIT exercises mixed up with cardio, boxing, light weights, and basic gym equipment. All the trainers are great. Even when there are a lot of people in the class, they try to point out how to improve form and move around the class. They provide modifications for beginners and are really encouraging. I especially like Ray, who leads the 5:15AM classes, but unfortunately he's moving away. During the challenges they provide a meal plan, consultations with a nutritionist and they have an active community online, which helps motivate you to eat healthy. All in all it's a very good program they have in place. I'm moving to PA soon and it will be too far away for me to continue. I'm just hoping I can find a gym half as motivating when I move.

I would't know, how the trainers are being it feels like false advertising to get people into the South Brunswick location. I was very excited to start at East Windsor, which is still an active option when registering for the program! I was a little surprised to find out the challenge would not be starting in East Windsor location. I do understand things happen, however I NEVER asked for a refund I was willing to wait until they opened. I currently do not have a car and the push to go to the South Brunswick location was a little to aggressive. If I wanted to sign up in South Brunswick I would have signed up long ago! I do not want to hear things like "your body will thank you", I have enough self esteem issues, comments like those make people feel some type of way. I will still try them out when & if they actually open an East Windsor location, till then I guess I'll stick with WOW.
