Staff is very nice. Move in experience was average, not bad but not excellent. I think this is as good as you can get in a corporate building without paying big bucks for luxury apartments. As with every corporate property management company, attention to detail and responsiveness can be improved.

Unit is nice and modern, even if the builder cut the obvious corners in construction materials, it is only 10 years old and that's a huge plus.

Would recommend to others who have pets, need parking and access to BART from the peninsula.

They are finally building the micro unit can't wait to see them and
 IN and OUT cleaners is a great place along with EYE level learning center and don't forget Hanhan dental amazing place to live almost forgot to mention Starbucks, Costco, Trader Joe's' CHASE and South city BART all within a stone's throw.

Peter is a very nice staff with professional experience. With his help, we checked our apartment on Friday, and got all set on the same day! Extremely satisfied!

I had kind of a rough start moving into this place, but I will say Melanie and the team have tried their best to satisfy us as residents and as a result I am updating my review. Location wise the place could not be in a more ideal space, across the street from the BART station and the area has a non crowded suburb feel. I like that the community is very pet friendly as I enjoy seeing lots of dogs walking around. We will probably stay an additional year after this, maybe move into a two bedroom here depending on what opens up.

I love love love my new home. AJ was so helpful in all aspects of moving in. She definitely had my back and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. 

My move in inspection was perfect, could not find anything wrong. From management, maintenance and cleaners everyone has done an excellent job! Thank you!
