Our experience working with Daneen has been top notch.  The transaction fell through but that was not her fault.  The business we were looking to buy just didn't have the income to support itself and several repairs were needed to the property that the sellers and I just could not agree on.  Daneen was awesome getting our earnest money back as the sellers wanted to keep it.  She was always available, was quick getting back to us with answers to our questions and handled everything in the most professional manner.  Thanks Daneen...

Everyone knows who the crooks are! Even other agents have nothing nice to say about her. Fake to the core! "BEWARE"

If a realtor doesn't like our work it shows we do our job. Never use a realtor driven home inspector that works for the sale and not you! Black Hills Professional Home Inspections LLC is the only 5 star rated inspection firm in the state of South Dakota. Do your research, we look out for all of our clients. Look at our reviews yourself and you will see who is honest and who is not!
