Car towed after a minor collision. Experience with staff at South Dekalb Towing was seemingly pleasant. Wouldn't have thought to leave a review except for the fact that... When we got home, we noticed that whoever towed the car (an employee named Dee, according to a receipt...) had disrespectfully stomped all over a pair of sunglasses that had shuffled down to the floorboard AND THE MOST ASTOUNDING OF ALL... They had STOLEN a brand new duffel bag my boyfriend had received in the mail that day that was in his car.. WOW... Didn't even take the time to go up there and try to call them out on it, because really what would that accomplish? Just going to leave this review here in hopes of at least shaming the disrespectful idiot who did this. South Dekalb Towing, you might want to reconsider the lowlife scum you hire in the future.

They are malice and petty, damaged my vehicle, stole out of my purse and trashed the inside of my vehicle. I still haven't gotten my things out of my vehicle. Their liars and accused me of going inside my car and I dont even have a spare key. I haven't had access to my vehicle since May 16th 2016. They & the police are working together. Who wouldn't allow the owner to get their text books & clothing especially after stealing ss cards & other confidential information. The police say its private property so they wont do anything if I knew I wouldn't get arrested I would go get my things. Talk about hateful people. After damaging my vehicle they want $1600.

this company claimed they didn't have my vehicle for 4 days after giving them the last 4 of my vin#. It Magically appeared in their impound on the 5thday after giving the same last 4 vin #s. (BUT NOT BEFORE I CALLED EVERY IMPOUND IN THE COUNTY) #SUSPECT! I'm sure i'm not the only 1 they've done this too, to drive up the price to $400 because its an extra $150 after your car is there after the 6th day)
