This place is horrible when it comes to customer service. Have tried to resolve a couple of issues there since I live in the city (mind you this is a city that charges 10% sales tax) but I have wasted a lot of my  own time to solve very little. Don't take my word for it, call yourself and you'll get a long, automatic message only to tell you when you choose the closest option to your issue to leave a message. I personally think they should be investigated for possible corruption, just like Bell and many other cities where, the citizens are latinos or black. I hope they don't have systems spying on us citizens, otherwise I will be singled out to pay for speaking up.
