We are a community of people working toward a common goal - to be better. We will be jumping, running, crunching, kettle bell swinging, pushing, Sandbag lifting, pulling, leaping, laughing and most of all supporting. This is totally different than spending 30 minutes on the elliptical machine. If you are fit, we’ll help you get fitter, if you are just getting back to it, we’ll help you do it safely and if you have never worked out before… have we got a surprise in store for you! Here, we support each other! This is a workout built so a 55 year old who hasn’t exercised in years can get just as good a workout as a 24 year old training for an event.
CrossFit is a method of training with the goal of forging overall fitness — from strength, power and speed to cardiovascular endurance. To do that, CrossFit workouts involve a high-intensity blend of Olympic lifting, gymnastics, bodyweight exercises, running, rowing and jump-roping.
