Overall I think this is a wonderful clinic and I am glad to have found it after going to walk-in's. I find the staff caring and my doctor spends more time with me and is more compassionate than the average walk-in or busy clinic. I find this clinic more women and LGBT friendly than others. I have never had to wait long for an appointment and my doctor is always on time. But it is not perfect, of course. I've had my hand slapped for being 10 minutes late (was told next time they'd have to "charge" me). It can he hard to get a hold of someone on the phone but in my experience email is better. I've also had an experience where the front desk staff did not tell my doctor I was in the hospital and he was surprised to find out this information at my follow up. There are definitely some communication issues on the front line. There is also an issue with turn over so don't get too attached to your doctor. I've been assigned to three different doctors since being there for the last 2 years. If you want a long term doctor, maybe try another clinic. Overall good clinic and I do recommend it but there are some kinks to be ironed out.

Clinic is good but their schedules is very bad every single time we visit here we need to wait almost 30 to 45 minutes even though we have appointments. But if you came two minutes late for your appointment they will be mad at you and doctors won't even listen to what you saying. They simply sayone thing only I can look because i am running behind. So I won't recommend this place if you looking for a tight schedule like coming from work or something like that.

Very easy to book same-day appointments (they have A LOT of doctors and receptionist's working there). The office is accessible by bus, and is very modern-looking and has a great waiting area with toys for the kids.
Doctors are patient and friendly, individual offices are neat, clean, organized. I've been going there since my daughter was born 3 years ago and I can't recommend it enough!

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. We have been here since early 2014 and I appreciate every visit with the doctors, they are so helpful and seem to actually care (surprise!). They are always on time (give 5-10 min) which is special and always organized. It's a lovely clinic, great waiting area with lots of toys/games for kids.
