SJSA specializes in foreclosures, estate sales, and short sales and we also offer 1031 Exchange and flash/transactional short term funding for our investors. We offer various search products (County, Municipal, Superior Court, UCC's, and Chancery) and our clients can count on us for all their real estate and settlement needs.
