Our mission is to cultivate a learning environment in which students develop qualities and skills necessary to engage in the economy, governance, and diverse culture of the community. This school is notorious for screw ups. The financial aid department is by far the worst group of people I have ever had to deal with. They mix up paperwork, they lose information, and then have the nerve to give you an attitude about it. Just recently I had to rain hell down upon them for getting my loan information incorrect, and having the audacity to bill me and threaten to take me to court over something that was their fault. Thank God everything has been resolved, but case in point, it should never have happened. It happened because of pure laziness. That office is full of nothing but lazy, idiots. I have to be here because it is affordable, but if you can afford to go elsewhere...save yourself the aggravation and do so.

They never answer the phone. They mess over UL students. Please don't enroll here. This will be my FINAL semester here

This is an awesome school helpful staff compassionate teachers could not ask for more, thank you SLCC!

This school is awesome, the teachers where excellent. The parking is enormous, the school is beautiful and clean, the staff don't mind helping, the students always leand a hand.

Noone answers phone. Noone replies back to messages. Financial aid dept is a joke.
