Apparently you don't need a license in OH to groom dogs. I could have done a better job of grooming my 2 schnauzers. My female has cuts on her, and is constantly licking herself, since she was groomed. I have never seen a worse haircut in the 6 years I have had her. Do not reccomend their GROOMING services!

I was shocked when I saw my puppy.
THEE WORST EVER...I WILL NEVER bring her back..I'm so very upset. She looks horrible, EMBARRASSED...I'm sick over this. I actually had to cut spots that were never even touched. One paw not done, just sickening...I'm going to take her somewhere else today to fix this mess

The quality of care and attention given to my pet has far exceeded our expectations. My dog looks forward to going and seeing them all every month!

After having my dog for six years, I had to board him overnight for the first time, which gave me some anxiety. It's hard to really know what goes on behind the scenes and personal recommendation is the best way, but I don't know anyone out here, so when making my decision, I decided on South Mill Boarding because there was a vet office attached and I liked the knowledge that he could immediately receive medical attention if something happened. Now, I board him overnight once a week (we call it Brutus's sleepover) and he's always so excited to see everybody there. Everybody is so nice and loves seeing him, and it's all butt wiggles on his part when I take him in. :) I would highly recommend South Mill Boarding to anyone looking for people who really care for your animal to board. 

I've never used their grooming services, with the exception of having a nail grind once, and I think they did a better job than where I usually take him.
