Have been shopping with SMU for many, many years. Typically at the Ocean City, MD & Rehoboth, DE locations or online. Was looking for a something specific that was sold out online. This morning I called around to several of their stores looking for a Rag & Bone sweatshirt. Everyone was so kind with the exception of my call to the King of Prussia store. I have never come across anyone SO RUDE in my life. I didn't catch his name (unfortunately) because he was speaking so fast when he answered the call I couldn't understand him. I attempted to tell him what I was looking for but he obviously didn't care. I have worked in the retail environment before and my husband & I owned a Real Estate franchise. You don't treat customers that way. He was talking over me and wouldn't listen to what I was trying to say. I hope someone from SMU reads this and removes this guy from his position! If his job is so miserable and he doesn't like helping customers then he shouldn't be there. Sad that they have someone like this working for them. They can do better.
