Best place you can take a dog or a cat that I know of it is very friendly the doctors are fantastic receptionist is very nice they have always help my dog drona when there's something wrong with him which nobody else has done like do

Love everyone of them! Very down to earth staff and that means everything! Thanks for putting our Penny to sleep in such a loving way and she has no more suffering!!!!We love you guys!

I had to have my rottie, Jazz put to sleep today. My heart is shattered. Dr. Dawson and the entire staff was so compassionate and understanding. I didn't know what to expect and my Jazz is my baby, my heart dog. Walking in they were immediatedly sympathetic and accomodating. They asked me for approval for every detail including if it was ok to leave her on the tarp and blanket we brought her in with. Jazz had an accident on the way there, I asked for something to clean her up with. The tech said she would take care of it for me not to worry and she did. She cleaned her up right before the procedure telling me Jazz deserved her dignity. The procedure was quick and peaceful. They gave me my time to be alone with her, we were not rushed. They got her in and out of the car and wrapped her in a blanket per my wishes. Truly dedicated, compassionate staff. And I thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping to make this painful experience a little more tender.

Great staff, wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else, did a great job on my dog surgery. Very professional and helpful. We been bringing our dogs there for over 20 years. Thank you everyone at South Shore Animal Hospital in Houghton Lake Michigan.
