Been doing my laundry there for 3 years now

I'm mad at the fact I even had to give a star to even write a review.. 
Went there this morning. I tried starting my laundry & I was using a small washer to wash my husband's 5pairs of pants. I didnt know I was being watched under a microscope.. I began unloading my clothes into the washer thats when this woman says "there's too many clothes in that load" I then said, "Do you want to wash my clothes for me?" And that's when she says she's the "owner" and said there's to many clothes & she will not fix a broken washer because someone over fills it. 
Mind u I break my laundry loads down. 
If she's worried about washers breaking she should stay there her damn self all day & night to patrol her business.
I left because of the wonderful service I received from this small business owner. Found a better establishment down the road..

We work a lot of hours and wanted to start our wash. When we loaded the machine the owner/attendant to us to break the wash down to smaller loads. What was 3 became 5. When then did an errand. On return she watched our every move. Then we did another errand and returned. She stopped me and said that my partner didn't put any money in one of the dryers so we had 2 dryers done and one wet. He insisted he did, so therefore we believe she stopped the dryer.  We were asked to leave due to our heated discussion with her. We) never will return.

I had the same experience that most of you had, but I went so far as to call the police, i was visiting my daughter and i wanted to wash my dirty clothes before going back to Minnesota. She waited until i put my clothes  in the dryer, it was running about 20 mins then she comes over and tells me i have to many clothes in my two dryers. I said no i dont. So she pushes me out the way and starts taking my clothes out of the dryer. Now I'm close to this ladies age and don't like to act a fool. But this lady almost pushed me to whip her ass. But i called the police instead. The police did nothing. So i cursed the policemen out and the lady. Called them racist. But now reading the other reviews i know thats not the problem, shes stupid and shouldn't have that type of business.

I had a great experience there washers are clean and I enjoyed my time there Of course the "big Witch" wasn't there Lol..! Omg that's some horrible crap y'all went through I truly believe that I would had punch Her I've never allowed anyone to touched my clothes..!!😒😒😒😒😒
