Horrible Customer Service! Scheduled a block time apt and nobody showed, nobody called, and nobody returned my voicemail asking what happened. When I called back the next day to ask what happened and state their poor customer service, the receptionist never apologized, she just sat there making excuses. Thanks but no thanks, you're not the only business in town!

My experience with South Sound Electric was much like the other person who has posted a review. I called and spoke with Jackie; explained my situation and requested for someone to come give us an estimate for some electrical work to be done. Jackie said I will have Ray (one of the electricians) stop by on his way home the next day (11-4-15) (since my house is on the way to his). She informed me that he would be here somewhere between 3-5pm. I waited all the next day and Ray never showed up. When I called back today (11-5-15), I spoke to Jackie again. I told her that Ray did not show up. She then stated that he had got hung up on another job until after 8pm (ok, I can understand that). She then went on to say that she she was told this morning that my situation had been handled. I told her that here it was after noon and I still hadn't even received a phone call or nothing. All she continued to do was make excuses. I told her that business practices like this was costing the company thousands of dollars in business and profits. I know that not all reviews are fair or even accurate, but for this particular electrical company they are 100% true and fair. Give your business to someone else...avoid doing business with South Sound Electric.

I made an appointment with receptionist to meet a technician at a vacant home for 12:30. I left work early to go there. No one came so I called her at 1:30 and she said the appointment was actually for a window between 12-2 and she would call the technician to see where he was. I called her back at 3:30 and she said she still can't reach the technician and wants to know if I'd like to reschedule. I did not.
