Had an absolutely horrible experience with the digital mortgage banking representative assigned to my mortgage application. The representative spent more time trying to find reasons to deny our applicationboth applicants have 700+ credit scores, instead of telling us what we can do to attain the best possible rate and terms. Lending institutions like this is why we have such massive economic inequity. I will never even attempt to use this institution for any reason again and I recommend you do the same. Save your personal data and your credit report from the unnecessary hard inquiry.
The guy I got was totally racist, I'm come there to cash my check all the time. When I came to open an bank account he still turn me down even though I had my lease and 6 pay stubs...I should of got his name, next time I go in I will get his name
This branch is always pleasant and Adam Odom is great
We required cash in varying denominations for an out of town trip. We are USAA members. We have had trouble at other banks in the area with such a request. Cleo kindly accomodated us at SouthState Bank. Fantastic service.

They didn’t want to switch my money out bc I didn’t have a bank account literally that’s weird what’s the point of being a bank if i can’t switch out money
