Love that you can get in to see the dentist when you need to,  and not wait for weeks. They always make sure on future appts, that timewise ,its convenient for me. The staff are very accommodating. Everyone from the DDS to the staff makes you feel welcome and relaxed.  Five stars easily.  Affordable with insurance, and also they have a Dental Discount Program available. I've seen toddlers, teens, adults, older adults come and go in the waiting room and all seem content and not worried. Thats saying a lot about this Dental Office. Well don't want to keep going on and on so this is my review. (Big Smile)

Check in process can take a while sometimes. For example, you show up at your scheduled appointment time but not be called back for 30 minutes. On some visits, it is shorter or longer. However, the staff is always courteous and respectful. In addition, Dr. Pack does a great job spending time with his patients and explaining his findings! Overall, i feel the service is worth the extra time it may take to be seen!

My first trip here was pleasant. It was on my second trip here that I ran into the problems. At the second trip it seemed as if everything was rushed. My daughter was here to get some filling in some cavities. Needless to say they were suppose to sedate her the first time they they gave him medication and waited 15 minutes for everything and take place  this time sedated her everything went perfect this this time there was no waiting. So they immediately started to work on her mouth and she was feeling everything that they were doing so she kept closing her mouth and saying that they were hurting. Where they filled all the cavities and I took her home she was still telling me that her mouth was hurting so the doctor told me if she still saying she's hurting the next day keep her home and give them a call well long story short that's what I did because she wasn't feeling well the next day the doctor's office called me the next day and I told them that I kept her home and that she was still hurting well they told me they would provide me with a doctor's excuse for the day of the visit and the day after and that they were going to email the excuse use to me well long story short never received the email call them to get them to email it to the school or the fax it to the school and now they're saying they can't provide the doctor's excuse this doctor's office will tell you one thing and do another I advise you not to take your kids here.

They have people in place who know their job. They're knowledgeable and get you the help you need. All workers are courteous and helpful. They make going to the dentist a breeze.
