While visiting in Uvalde I went to clinic with a probable UT,  which testing confirmed.  I asked Dr. Christian to prescribe the same med. I had used in the past, since I am allergic to many antibiotics.  I also asked for testing of the current specimen, to be certain this was the correct medication for the new infection, & When results came in to notify me if I was taking correct medication or if it needed to be changed.
After 3 days, I called clinic to see if report was in. Nurse told me report was in & she would check with Dr. Christian & call me back,  Call never came.
I returned home after 3 more days, & noticed my symptoms were not improving.  So, I called Uvalde clinic again asking that report  be faxed to my local doctor.  When my local dr. received report, she called to say the medication I was taking was not effective for the bacteria causing current  problem. She immediately gave me a different medication. 
I'm upset because Uvalde Urgent Care didn't let me know I was taking wrong medication, until I found out on my own.  I went through an extra week of pain, plus taking unnecessary antibiotics because Apparently Dr. Christian never looked at my report!! 
I called Uvalde Urgent Clinic to complain, and Dr. Christian spoke to me, apologizing, but damage was done. He was not thorough in my case, and I Don't recommend this place for treatment of a simple UTI.

Do yourself a favor and just go to ER instead. Very rude and unprofessional. Not helpful whatsoever.

After calling them at 9 AM and verifying they were open, my ill 86 year old grandfather drove to town 20 miles and they refused to serve him. He walked in at 11 AM and they turned him away. They had decided to close early and wouldn't see him. COMPLETELY AWFUL SERVICE. How does a medical professional turn away a sick elderly person? A really bad one obviously.

I have been here several times and the staff is great. Being a nurse myself and very busy, I love how I can come here get fixed up and be on my way. They have been great help during flu and cold season!!!

Went in 10 minutes before they closed and was refused to be seen. This report goes to the TMB Board. I wouldn't take my dog there.
