Story

Southeast Dental was founded by Dr. Parviz Ajwani in 2014 and is located in the Markham and Scarborough area. With over ten years of Canadian dental experience, Dr. Ajwani set out to open a dental clinic in Markham focused on putting the needs of patients first by offering quality and empathetic care in a comforting setting. Our unique dentistry is situated within the Raymer-Robb house originally built in 1853 and has been fully transformed into a state-of-the-art dental office while retaining this landmarks heritage designation.

The clinic is beautiful, the chairs are very comfortable, it sets itself apart from the dental offices around Markham because you get top quality care, staff and experience. I have special needs with mobility issues and the clinic staff was SO welcoming and accommodating, I had cleaning with the hygienist and she is excellent, best cleaning I've ever had! The dentist is calm and professional but also very caring, I feel safe and the people here seem like they truly care about their patients.i 100% recommend southeast dental clinic, I am very happy I found them!

I visited southeast dental for the first time 2 weeks ago after a solid recommendation from a friend and let's say that I wasn't disappointed! I went in for a teeth cleaning session with Priya who is one of the dental hygienists there and she did a great job with the cleaning. She explained me what I needed to do to keep my gums healthy and provided me with a wealth of information catered specifically to my needs. The clinic has a very friendly atmosphere and everyone there is so welcoming. Prices were reasonable and the location is quite convenient. I'd highly recommend southeast dental and Priya for your dental needs.

Beautiful, classy, & professional location. By far the best dental service I've ever had. Dr Parviz is patient, highly skilled, and efficient at what she does. The receptionist, as well as the rest of the staff are welcoming and polite.

The interior looks amazing, warm and welcoming. Very friendly, experienced staff and excellent service. Loved the experience and will definetly be going back for future dental services
