I can only rate how my experience is so far, which is not very well. I called this morning and was told that someone would call me back to make an appointment but no one ever did. I have been calling now since 4pm and can’t get through. I was advised by the automated system that one caller was ahead of me and then now it says 12 callers ahead! This is crazy. I’m still willing to give this office a chance because I need a second opinion desperately but losing patience fast. I will update my review if there is a change. Update- since writing this review they hung up on me �� Still no luck of getting through.

Unable to get a receipt to submit to flexible spending manager. Seven phone calls since visit on January 31, none returned. A live person never answers billing line.

Called 3 days ago and left a message, no call back. Called yesterday, waited on hold for 15 minutes to get a refill, said it would be sent, never was. Called again today on hold again, finally talked to someone and was told there was no record of me calling in. Asked for a refill on meds, told me again it would be called in, never was. Ill go somewhere else.

I have had frozen shoulder for 6 months and finally the pain was unbearable so I went to Southeast Orthopedic where I seen Dr. Bates and just One day after my visit my pain is about 80% gone and it's been just one day !! Thanks to Dr. Bates I have my life back. I'm even washing and drying my own hair and I was almost pain free on my job today !!! Thanks so much to Dr. Bates and his assistant. I will forever be great full for getting my pain free life back .

I recently underwent hand surgery for a diagnosis of Trigger Finger on my thumb. I cannot express how professional I found Dr. Goll and his PA leading up to and including the surgery. His demeanor is above reproach as is his skill. Within hours of the surgery I experienced freedom from the pain that had plagued me for months. He expertly and clearly explained the procedure and the follow-up care. Only a few days after the surgery and I have full range of motion and found the whole process to be relatively pain free. I am anticipating removal of the stitches in another week and find office visits to be timely and professional. Highly recommended.
