We propose to provide labor, tools, equipment and materials for the following work:
 Labor to tear out the existing tub, shower and flooring in the bathroom and dispose of all debris.
 Labor and materials to frame up tub deck and half shower wall on the tub end.
 Labor and materials for sheetrock finisher to float out the bathroom walls.
 Labor and materials to paint the bathroom walls.
 Plumbing labor to set the new soaker tub, hook up the new tub faucet and valves,
and hook up the new shower head and valves.
 Labor and materials to furnish and install frameless shower door and glass panels.
 This includes supervision, dump fees, and portable toilet.
$14,575.00
The Home Owner is to Provide: Tile floor, tile shower, tile tub deck (all provided by Robert Ricks at Southern Interiors); the roman tub faucet and valves, vanity faucets and vanity lights and vanity lights installation.
SEPARATE PRICE: Labor and materials to paint the existing bathroom cabinets and trim molding around the bathroom mirrors.
$375.00
This price includes all applicable taxes.
