The  extra fees i am being charged is almost as high as my actual bill.

Best utility company EVER! when my electrical started messing up you guys came on out to check your side of the line. The fellow could have said NOPE NOT ON OUR END but he took his time to try to get to the bottom of my problem. Come to find out the emergency shut off breaker had fouled. It was much easier to get it fixed actually knowing what the problem was. Thank you so much Eric.God bless you!

I had a negative review, but considering recent actions, I'm changing it to 5-stars!!  I appreciated the politeness, the courtesy, and the professionalism of the crew that came out to trim our trees last month.

I want to say thank you to Destiny, Julie,and Whitney for being so patient and understanding with me today and for moving so quickly to try and help get us assistance you all were amazing thank you.

Came home and my electric was out couldn't figure out why on our end. Called Southeastern and they couldn't get it to read our meter. Someone was at the house within the next hour to fix it.

Had a interview there last week they were very friendly and professional hope to be a part of there team looks like a great place to work very family oriented.

I've been with them for years and have never had more than 10 to 15 minutes of power being off.
