This place is horrible if I could give it zero!! Star's I would because this is the most Lowest quality of work unprofessional  people I have ever encountered! Do your self a favor & find another mechanical shop dont wast your money here!!! the old manager i believe his name was Don! Was  a complete liar & very conniving! There were so many mechanical issues I had  during the course of dealing with these deceitful people!   My car had so many more problems after taking it here!  even traded my car in here thinking I was getting a more reliable car! they are  liar's.. BE AWARE OF THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY;  DO! NOT!!  I REPEAT!!! DO NOT WASTE YOU'RE MONEY AT THIS COMPANY!! .. PS SOME OF THESE REVIEWS ON HERE ARE PEOPLE FROM THAT AREA & IM POSITIVE THEY HAVE A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH THAT HORRIBLE COMPANY BUT DO AS YOU PLEASE .. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!

Beware: If you're looking for a speedy fix look somewhere else. If you call in to see if your vehicle is ready expect them to tell you it will be done by the end of the day....for the next 2 weeks!!! Good price but dissapointed in the time taken to get finished.

My son's radiator hose blew out on the interstate today, and the guys at Southern Automotive picked him up, towed him back to the shop, repaired the hose leak with on-the-spot welding and had him on his way in no time at all. As a parent two states away, I didn't know what to do or who to call. They were fantastic and I wish I had a dependable shop like this where I live cause I'd be a customer for life!! Thanks to Don and his staff for being efficient, kind and for not taking advantage like many others do. It's nice to see honest people who care about their customers. Again, thank you and I wholeheartedly recommend Southern Automotive!!
