I was sent over by the gentleman at The Kar Lot with express instruction to talk to Racine. Apparently I was no less than an annoyance to her. She didn't even glance at the paperwork. She wasn't even polite when she simply looked me in the eye and stated.. "if you don't have a 700 credit score, we can't help you". I literally wasn't in her office for more than a minute. This snobbish, rude attitude is EXACTLY why I don't like banks. Well, with a 680 credit score, I can bet that I can find someone who's more than willing to spend more than 60 seconds dealing with me.

We have a checking account and have always been treated with a friendly and helpful attitude . Recently needed a loan and were pleasantly surprised at the low interest rate. Can't beat the 3% interest on the checking account.
