I called and spoke with an employee at their business to get service done on my heater. He verified they worked with HMS home warranty and could perform the service. A week later after they were assigned the service by HMS a rather rude female employee called to tell me they would not repair my heater because they didn't want to work with HMS even though they hadn't bothered being removed from the HMS service provider list or apparently inform their employees of this decision. Very rude and unprofessional company.

Utterly & completely unsatisfactory repairs + customer service ...after finally showing up once and blaming poor unit performance on burning candles!!...failed to return calls when the year -old A/C unit which they had installed & serviced (well, at least attempted to service) malfunctioned...when a reputable contractor was finally  engaged, they found a filter installed backwards,, and loose shrader cores and caps off service ports which caused the unit to leak refrigerant and freeze up...supervisor failed to assume any responsibility after at first promising "to make things right"...says "someone" has been "sabotaging" his units (suppose he's referring to his own service techs)...really, a total waste/displeasure to deal with on any & all levels...
