My daughter spent 2 weeks here and we found Dr. Miller and his team of therapists to be compassionate, dedicated and inspiring. My daughter needed intense physical therapy to be able to walk again and she got that and so much more. The entire staff made a tough situation much easier to deal with through their genuine compassion and professionalism.

The staff doctor is a horrible uncaring, pompous, arrogant jerk. They do not research a patients history and don’t even seem to know why the patient is even there but think they can tell you what is okay for you and them to do even though the surgical doctor told you not to do those things. I had anterior and posterior cervical fusion surgery. I was in ICU for several days and the hospital for 2 weeks before going to the rehab facility. I am on a feeding tube in my stomach due to the fact that I can’t swallow yet from having the ventilator in for so long in ICU. The rehab facility seems to think I had a hematoma and that’s why I am on the feeding tube. They won’t come take me to the restroom or give me my pain meds. I was suppose to already have my staples out and they haven’t done that either. I’m diabetic and they were giving me a regular diet through my feeding tube and didn’t know until my sugar levels went way up. It’s a real shame this facility gets paid what they do when they do not do their job and treat people the way they do. It’s ridiculous how rude and demeaning their staff doctor has spoken to me. You really need to find another facility to go to and never let yourself or a loved one be put into this facility. A one star rating is too high for this place. It’s disgracful! .... not the whole nursing staff is rude and uncaring but the good do not outweigh the bad.... unfortunately. I wish I had known about some of the things that go on there before, especially about the staff doctor. If you are looking for reviews on this place consider yourself warned especially if you are in great need of their assistance to do anything or are in pain. That doctor needs a refresher course on bedside manners (manners in general) and dealing with people in severe pain.

After spending one hour there waiting to begin tests, they refused to honor my appointment because I had my child with me. This was after waiting 6 months to be seen! They began the appointment and then said that I would have to leave. I talked to "Quality Control" and they took no concern whatsoever. Do yourself a favor, find better care than this.

A quarter to half the time of many visits to their psych were spent down talking and falsely trying to debunk the Bible and Christianity. I thank God that I was well grounded in my faith to Jesus the King and His living Word, it breaks my heart to think of others with a less solid foundation facing Greg Nordloh's attack on Truth. It would be four stars for the great physical, occupational, and neuro rehabilitation I've had there. otherwise.

Extremely unimpressed with the staff, lack of care and concern, and no attention to urgency. If this wasn't our only option we certainly wouldn't be here.
