REVIEW: This is a wonderful insurance agency.  They can help with any insurance needs you may have.  They are personable and capable.  The waiting area has comfy seats as well as some toys for any children you have with you.

EXPERIENCE: I came here during the process of buying a house. We use Allstate for our car insurance, so initially thought to use them for home.  Well, they gave us about a 900 per year policy.  Then Allstate called and said that the house's roof had less than 7 years left on it, so as a result we had to get a new roof before the end of January! After this I went to Southern Kansas Agency.

Let me tell you, they squared me away! He found a policy for the same house which is not even 450 a year, and the kicker is we didn't have to replace the roof! Furthermore, the bank ended up switching the close date several times on us, so Southern Kansas had to cancel and reinstate our policy each time, which they did. 

In person or over the phone, their customer service is absolutely top-notch. Learn from my experience. Go here first!
