Well, what can I really truthfully say about this shanty craphole of a place. Let's start at the beginning. First off, Jonathon the "Manager" is a early 20's guy that doesn't know literally anything about running a park. I use to live here and complain about the feral cats constantly (probably about 20-25 times total in a 6 month period). The cats also sleep under the trailers and drag food and breed under there. You will smell awful smells and ants will be present. He never did anything about the cats when I called. Feral cats bring disease and fleas (johnthan aboviously doesn't know anything about cats). He basically doesn't want to pay money to capture the cats and have them sent to a shelter. The fleas were in my trailer and I have children. Johnthan didn't care at all about my family. Quite the opposite really. I would never live here again. The people that live there. A few are nice and some are questionable at best. There was a shooting recently there for Goodness sakes. A child died less than 2 months ago from the shooting there. Need I say more??? Due yourself a huge favor. Don't go here. Stay alive, protect yourself from sickness/fleas and put your money somewhere else. Anywhere else. Sleeping outside in a tent under a overpass is nicer. The cats (and flea bites and incompetence) are one thing but jeopardizing your life is another. Take it from someone who actually has lived there and not a fake reviewer planted by the "Manager". My experience started off good, until I started receiving water bills as high as my rent and problem wasn't fix and was forced to move.
