Bob is a real gem, I work for a small family owned tool distributor he has been ordering tools from us for almost 3 years now and it was recently discovered that every tool he ever bought has been returned as defective right at the 25 day mark. He is such a stand up guy that he even lets us pick up the return shipping. Bobs motto must be "why rent tools when I can buy them and return them". I enjoy being able to provide outstanding customer service to our customers but when guys like Bob come along and abuse our generosity it really makes it difficult to be nice to the next guy that comes along.
