This is the first and last time I will ever come here. The girl who did my hair Carolyn or Caroline whatever her name is ruined my hair. I asked for an OMBRÉ BALAYAGE and she said she’s done balayages in the past multiple times and I said okay and we went ahead and started doing my hair when she started “blow drying” my entire hair looked completely orange there wasn’t even an ombré effect at all. And she kept saying it’s because my hair is too dark. Um NO I’ve had styles done before and my hair color was NEVER an issue. Some other girl who was next to her had to help her fix the mistake Carolyn made. She didn’t even cut my hair correctly nor did she blow dry it correctly when I left the store my hair was a freaking fuzz ball. My biggest issue is if you’re SO INEXPERIENCE DONT TELL YOUR CLIENT YOU KNOW HOW TO SO SOMETHING IF YOU REALLY DONT! DONT LIE AND DESTROY THEIR HAIR! If you go there to get your hair done PLEASE ask about the hair stylist who’s doing your hair, how many years of experience do they have, how often do they really do the style you want, and make sure they do their job correctly. And to the people who work there don’t lie to your clients if you don’t know how to do something. Tell them honestly if you don’t know what the hell you’re doing.

I would have been a brand new customer today. I took the day off work for the appointment as the stylist I wanted to see doesn’t work weekends. One hour before my appointment the salon called and cancelled. The stylist had to leave and there was no one else that could take my appt. I was so disappointed. I understand things happen and not that they had too, but they offered me nothing to be sure I returned. I will not be rescheduling.

This place is beautiful and Jill is amazing!! She makes you feel welcome and listened to and works with you to find exactly what you're looking for!! I can't wait for my next appt, thanks Jill!!

Got an awesome fade, and straight razor face shave from Aubrey! Best shave of my life!  Definitely recommend!
