Having hands-on experience in the construction field for over twenty five years in the Dallas and Collin County areas, Steve represents Southern Painting in the West Plano, Allen, Lucas, Parker, Fairview, Mc Kinney, Frisco, Little Elm and Prosper communities.

We had Southern Painting paint the outside of our house. Our initial experience was great with the salesman. He was knowledgeable about all the things we asked for and the pricing was straightforward and fair. From that point we had a horrible experience with the crew. There were paint issues, quality issues, etc all over the place and it took much longer than expected to complete the project. I can say that the owner of the company met with us figured out the issues and did his best to fix all the problems this new team had caused. We are very appreciative of the owner listening and recognizing he had a crew issue and rectifying the situation with us. In addition he went and addressed any issues with other houses this crew was working on.

We recently had the opportunity to work with Alan at Southern Painting. He was very professional and provided us with three options. Alan was friendly, not a hard pressure sales person and communicated effectively. The painting supervisor, Luis, who has been with Southern Painting for 22 years, performed an exceptional job! They cleaned up after themselves daily and the completed result was outstanding! I would highly recommend working with them for your painting project!

The guys arrived on time. They did interior touch up and repairs to the ceilings and walls, due to water damage and 18 years of settlement. This was much more difficult than just painting an entire ceiling or wall, and five rooms were involved. The paint and texture matched perfectly. These guys were true professionals. Everything exposed was carefully covered, and they cleaned up completely when finished. We could not be more pleased.

Very poor communication during the project. Scheduled dates missed, and no communication to me about he delays. I have a Highland home in Frisco, that had beautiful cedar shutters and porch framing beams. These guys painted over it with an Acrylic stain (think cheap looking brown paint}. Painting 101, use oil base in this situation. Very unhappy with the outcome. Also did a poor job on my front door. Please consider using someone else who will actually communicate and work with you.

Preston did everything he said he would do when he said they would do it. Crews were very professional. Did a great job. Have and would recommend this company. Hard to find in today's climate.
