We like the resort, there are many activities and fun things to do. A resident & his small dog were recently attacked by a neighbor's pit bull. Pet guidelines for the park states , " No aggressive pets allowed " Park mgt. argues they didn't know the dog was aggressive ..... What ? It's a pit bull , ask any insurance co . The pit badly mauled a resident's small dog & then attacked him ...... $ 5,000 . later the small pet survived , barely , owner needed surgery on his hand ... Park refused any liability or responsibility for the attack. Legal can argue the language of the pet rule .... But how about their moral , ethical even christian responsibility to cover the 5,000 out of pocket cost . No , No , never mind all that , how 'bout just doing the right thing corporate ...

UPDATE - On February 28, 2018, two Pitbull dogs attacked an individual walking their dog. Was told both individual and dog were bitten. Unaware of encounter outcome. Animal Control was in park looking for the Pitbulls. As I have a dog to walk, I called the office to ask if Animal Control captured the Pitbulls? Staff member said she didn't know. I asked if they spoke to Animal Control? She told me she had not. You would think the staff would be on top of the situation. The staff here just doesn't care. Office staff at this park are very rude. They treat you as an intrusion, and don't go out of there way to assist you. They don't even have quarters to buy for laundry use. Maintence staff take you to your site and situate you were they want your rig parked, actually laying down a rope to follow when backing onto site. Maintenance staff are friendly. They show you where hookups for your site are before leaving. Park is divided into two halves, separated by a busy road. One side is mostly park model homes. The other mostly RV sites. Pool is on park model side. Both sides have laundry rooms and trash dumpsters. Personally, I prefer the RV side of park, as it's more rustic. The roads are narrow. Park is clean. Park offers all normal amenities. I've stayed at Park three times this winter. It's an ok place to spend a week of down time. I'd not want to stay longer.

We stayed across the street from the main resort for 7 days. Our site was fantastic, and so were the utilities. For example, some parks offer 50 amp service, but the voltage is usually low. Not here - our voltage was awesome. Nice place to walk our dogs as well. Well worth the price. The office staff was very friendly and helpful, as was the gentleman who directed us to our site. Awesome resort!

The person I made my reservation with was a gem. The cabin is nice....The little work camp guy Brian is a psycho path. A REAL employee told me something, I told him when I checked in. He then told me that I wasn't told that..... I said are you insinuating I'm lying? THEN HE WENT INSANE. Yelling, cussing, full blown melt down. Tossed the paper work at me so I would leave. Never told me how to get to my cabin, never gave me the keys. His WIFE had to bring them outside to me. That poor woman has to live with that time bomb.
