There is so much good to say about this place that it makes me feel badly to point out the very poor practice of food handling.  I went on a Sat night and noticed that a few hundred  hands using the salad bar utensils and then the utensils fall into the food and lay there.    Also, you are given one plate to use to return to the unlimited salad bar after you have eaten off the plate several times.  The washrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in months, especially the toilets.  So a 4 for food;  a 5 for service but zero for food hygiene and cleanliness.

Wonderful selection of smoked meats, fresh salad bar, soup bar and complementary ice cream combined with very friendly service make this a must stop when in the area. Found the sauces a little sweet for my palate, and prefer a lot more heat, but will go back again.  Great experience.

Thursday night. Kids eat free. Plus free self service soft serve ice cream with dinner.The food is good. Just ask my 6 year old she knows good BBQ.

Great salad bar and the brisket is so good, no sauce is needed. Free self serve ice cream after the meal is great quality, equivalent to Dairy Queen! Will be back!
