From booking to check out our experience was top notch! The cost was surprisingly reasonable and location was perfect. We had 20 in our group and everyone had plenty of room to enjoy our week's vacation. When there was a small issue the staff was there in 10 minutes to fix everything and were very polite. I would book with Southern Rentals again and recommend it to my friends and family.

This is the shadiest and greediest rental place I have ever rented from. They charged me over $600 for crazy small stuff. One thing being "readjusting shower rod". They also tried to charge me for the dents in the wall that were from the door knobs even though it was marked on our move in form. If you must use them, take lots of pictures and document every single scratch and mark on everything. Honestly the effort you would have to put into making sure you don't get screwed over by these people isn't even worth it. And its still not a definite that they wont still find some way to screw you over. This place is absolutely horrible. I would recommend using era Shalimar or even Sundance.

Our family enjoyed our day at the Maravilla location. The house we stayed in (Another Day In Paradise) was spacious, clean, comfortable, and located within walking distance to the beach. The complex has a couple of nice pools as well. When the propane for the grill ran out, we called the main office and the propane was replaced quickly - our dinner plans were saved! All-in-all, we had a really nice stay and we would go back!

The Royal Beach Palace was great for our group ! Plenty of room on the inside, comfortable sleeping arrangements, incredible view of the beach. Have stayed there twice and would definitely stay again. Price was very reasonable. All our guests had a great time.

Great Place to stay and great beach location. Will def stay in the property again. Great staff and friendly. Have nothing bad at all to say. Right on beach and great views!
