Outstanding service oriented company. The initial visit from Tyler Padgett to provide a bid for the job was very focused to provide a competitive cost with the customer confidence in mind. He was always available after the contract was signed to answer questions because tropical storm Matthew delayed installation slightly; but, he kept us updated. Installers Devin and Truette Davenport are excellent craftsmen. They were more concerned with providing quality workmanship regardless of the extra time needed to repair some rotten lumber on a 35 year old storage building! Every piece of old lumber and all construction material were removed without a trace. The building looks like new. I highly recommend Southern Siding and I strongly recommend you request Tyler for your estimate and Devin for your installer. Be specific. They were excellent service providers.

After the passing of my father, I had to make a quick visit to the company to get papers.  I just happen to mention the roof was leaking after the hard rain that week. So I received a call a couple days later for appointment  the next day.  The worker came and went. The next day I received a follow up call from Mr. Danny. And the next two days.  Just to make sure work was done and customer was satisfied.   I appreciate the company having that extra benefit of appreciation to the customer.

This company installed the doors and windows in our new house. The door and window frames were not shimmed correctly and are bowed. The corners of the door pinch the frame while there is a big gap in the middle because they’re not plumb. My doors make crackling sounds when they open and close because the crooked frame misaligned the hinges and they pull at the wood. It also makes the hinge pins pop out. When someone from this company came out to do warranty repairs on all of the interior doors, they said that it is fine because the doors can open and close. Remember that when you hire them to install expensive doors and windows. Being able to open and close is their standard of excellence as they do a rush job and make a profit on your hard earned money.

We were very satisfied with how Southern Siding transformed our tub to a walk in shower. Our previous bathtub/shower was outdated. We had just remodeled the bathroom with new tile, paint, vanity and toilet. Everything was beautiful except the bathtub. We chose Southern Siding because we were amazed at the work they had done for our relatives. From the beginning the consultant Kerry was very knowledgeable about the products and options we could choose from. He sat down and talked with us about the many different selections of styles for our walk-in shower. He explained how easy it would be to clean (which definitely won me over) and how easy and convenient the process of remodeling would be. It only took ONE day for the guys to come in and do their work! They finished in a timely manner (from about 9am-5pm) and they didn't leave a mess behind. Now I have my dream bathroom and I am in  love with my beautiful new walk-in shower!
